Kristopher has extensive experience handling sensitive workplace issues involving individuals at all levels of corporate and government organizations. After working in an in-house legal department, Kristopher focused his early legal career on labor and employment law, at different points representing public and private employers and employees through informal disputes, administrative agency claims, and in state and federal court. As a Coast Guard veteran and former college admissions officer, Kris has extensive training in interviewing and organizational behavior, allowing him to build rapport with witnesses and better understand the interpersonal dynamics of an investigation.
